I have two Airbnb properties that within a week of each other had appliance issues. The first one was the Friday of Fourth of July weekend. The refrigerator stopped working! Not a great thing to happen especially during a heat wave! NewLife came out that evening and repaired it on the spot! My guests were thrilled!
Yesterday afternoon my washing machine stopped working in another Airbnb. And this morning NewLife came out, identified the issue and was able to put the new part in tonight.

I highly recommend this company ! . I don’t usually write reviews , but they deserve it ! I called at 1pm to a few different company and told them I had taken my dryer apart and found what was wrong with it and needed someone to fix it. They were the only company that asked me to send them a picture of the hat I found and they came out 2 hours later with the part in hand and installed it ! He also looked at my fridge while he was here to help diagnose a problem we were having with the ice maker. If you need appliance work done these are the guys !!
