Nikolai did an excellent job of repairing my Kitchenaid built in refrigerator which would not consistently cool or make ice. He succeeded where multiple (approx 10) authorized whirlpool technicians failed from Advanced Appliances and Advantage Appliances and I was told by several that it was a lemon that could not be fixed even though it was less than 3 years old. Thanks so much for your help.

Nikolay arrived on time, listened to my description of the problem and gave me an off the cuff diagnosis. Then he proved it with a test computer. Ordered the part, returned to install it, and began testing it, telling me that in maybe 5% of instances, the original issue may have also damaged the control board. Of course, I’m an overachiever so I had a damaged controller. He ordered the part, returned earlier then expected to install it, and all worked well. And he didn’t charge as much as expected. On time, kept up good communications, cleaned up after himself, fixed the issue and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Recommended. I’ll definitely turn to him again for future appliance problems.

Nikolai was great he came out literally within 15 minutes he was in the area. He was very honest and forward I really appreciated the military discount which is great. Also he was straightforward the compressor went out on a 2018 whirlpool he showed me the price and was just honest about saying “hey if you need something now a new refrigerator is going to be your best option sadly this is just one of the most expensive things to fix on this model.” So, anyone reading this I think you should consider there’s a reason that he has 4.9 stars with 170 reviews because that’s what made me call him plus the military discount.
