Nikolay was very responsive to our call for help on our LG washer. It turned out that the correct parts that were needed for our particular model were no longer available from LG so Nikolay arranged for a brand new LG model to be delivered and installed for not much more than what the repair cost for the old machine would have been. And they worked into the evening to get it to us and install it!

Booked an appointment for my dryer for September 9th.
Nicolay gave me a quote for the repair and said he should return to fix it in the next couple days I paid the quoted amount of $511
I didn’t worry the first week, but by September 19 I texted him.
He asked me to call him and when I did I was asked to remind him what was wrong. He said he’d need to come back to look at it again. And that he would call back.
On 9/28 I texted again when there was no response, I said I wanted to file a complaint. Then he said I was on the schedule for wednesday (no one called to schedule but he said maybe his texts didn’t go through?!??) I said I wasn’t available then and advised that I was not happy about customer service. I was promised a 20% refund.
He repaired the dryer yesterday and did very good work. The dryer runs very well now.
However, the promised refund was not provided. He said he would Zelle me later. When he arrived he didn’t even recognize me, saying he wanted to talk to the owner of the home.
After he left there was no contact until I reached out this evening and provided a very poor rating.
Update 10/3 I was refunded the 20% this morning by Zelle. My rating has been amended to reflect this. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
