They came out and spent an hour trying to get the new piece on my refrigerator to work. He saw the issue which was a defective part and tried hard to make it work. Ultimately it didn’t but he prepared everything so when my new part comes in I just plug it in. Then only charged me for diagnostic. Very thankful they are an honest company that I will use again.

Our dishwasher completely stopped mid-cycle and we were expecting guests the next day. I called NewLife and was honestly shocked at how fast they responded. Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while. Nikolay came out to fix our appliance in Charlotte and was just super respectful and professional. He showed up on time, was really polite, and even made sure to keep everything clean — wore shoe covers, cleaned up after himself, the whole deal. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
