And they sent Nikolay. He arrived on time, determined the water pump was the problem. He returned with the part, as promised on the day and time as promised. Part installed and the machine is back up and running perfectly.

Service was awesome! When I contacted them for an appointment, they answered the phone promptly and set up a time to come out which was only a few days out. They called later on to let me know they had a cancellation and could come out the same day. Unfortunately, I had to say no, but I really did appreciate them checking. The technician contacted me on the appointment day via text to remind me of the appointment and also reached out to let me know when he was on his way to my home. He was on time, a few minutes early, and was very professional and personable. He was knowledgeable of what needed to be fixed and the repair work was completed quickly. I look forward to doing business with this company again and will highly recommend to anyone who needs the services they offer. Also, they provided me with a quote for diagnostics and let me know that fee would go towards the repair fee. I believe the total charges were a great deal!

What a GREAT experience with this company! We were able to schedule a repair for our dryer in less than a days time! Nikolay was extremely fast, punctual and so kind!
