After our compressor went out, and instead of charging us money for repair, these guys found out that theres still a warranty on our refrigerator, connected us with warranty people and got this refrigerator repaired by manufacturer free of charge. We were without our washing machine for 2 weeks, called other companies but they didn’t show up then we called NewLife Appliance and they gave us 2 hour window and arrived next morning ON TIME! repaired the same visit from the first time and gave us warranty for the repair. Over and above! Nikolay came back to fix our dryer after another guy claimed to have cleaned the lint but did not. Nikolay came back quickly and repaired the burned out part and wasn’t going to charge me! Spent 2 hours here cleaning out the lint, which was not his job to do, AND fixing the dryer again. Thank you again Nikolay for all the hard work. 5 stars!! Highly recommend NewLife Appliance Repair

The dishwasher that we purchased new a year ago in Winston Salem, was out of warranty 2 days ago and broke down.
